My favourite chocolate & coconut balls with an orange twist
Who can resist a tasty chocolate ball?
Not me! If you need your sugar craving fix, this one will hit the spot!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of almond flour
- 1/2 cup of pitted dates
- 1 ½ cup of unsweetened coconut flakes( keep the ½ for rolling)
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp raw cacao powder
- ½ tea spoon grated orange zest
- Put the dates in a food processor for about 2 minutes.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and blend.
- Using a tea spoon of mixture form into balls and roll in coconut.
- Keep refrigerated and enjoy!
