I tried the same things you probably tried and started to exercise more and put myself on different diets. But it left me so frustrated and tired. I felt like a failure because no matter what I tried, I still felt stuck, fat, and unhappy. I must have tried and done every single diet that was out there. I have counted calories, measured my food cut carbs, cut fat, fasted, and done every fad diet out there. You name it! I have done it all!
And the result was the same: I lost the weight (Yeah!), and shortly after I finished the diet, I had gained the weight back on and still craved sugar (Boo!).
