Raw Lemon and Almond truffles

The perfect sweet treats after dinner, so good and so easy to make – they are sugar and dairy free, and full of natural ingredients that your body will love. I love the flavour of lemon in my treats because it’s refreshing and light.


1 cup almond flower

2 TBS organic coconut oil

1 lemon (juice)

1 ½ TBS agave nectar

½ tbsp. lemon zest

¼ vanilla extract

½ cup desiccated coconut for rolling

Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until the mixture forms dough like consistency. Take the mixture out and roll into bite size balls then roll the balls in coconut and place in the fridge for one hour before serving. Enjoy!
