Raw Chocolate Mousse with fresh raspberries

Easy, creamy, quick recipe and free from refined sugar.  It’s not only delicious but is also full of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants (raw cocoa powder) and healthy omega 3 fats (avocados are just amazing).The best way to enjoy chocolate!


  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 banana
  • 1TBS raw cocoa powder
  • 1TBS coconut oil
  • 1TBS agave nectar (or honey)
  • ¼ tsps. Of vanilla extract
  • ½ tsps. Of desiccated coconut

Place all the ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth. Taste and adjust with extra agave nectar if needed. Scoop the chocolate mousse into a desert cup and top with fresh raspberries and coconut. Chill for 30 minutes prior to serving.
